REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all travel bookings made through World Travelpack Holidays. It is designed to explain the circumstances under which we will provide a refund, the process for requesting a refund, and the responsibilities of the clients.

REFUND AGAINST CANCELLATION

As per the Indian Government regulations, any refund processed will be in Indian rupees only, and the corresponding foreign currency amount will depend on the rate of exchange on the day of the refund. Generally, the process of refund takes a minimum of 7 to 15 working days.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to our customer service department, providing the booking reference number and the reasons for the cancellation. All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original booking date.
